Sorry to have been so neglectful of my blogging - just not enough time in the day, it seems! Anyway, I've been working on perfecting my gluten free cannoli...I think I finally have it though, folks! Just a bit more tinkering and it should be perfect! I'm also working on my special Kestenbaum krispy donuts, baked instead of fried and honey and agave instead of tons of sugar - may actually be a bit healthy!
Also, I'll be working on my gluten free foaccia bread, so stay tuned!
Have a wonderful week!

Gluten Free Dinner Ideas
For those of you who are just stumped at supper time, here are some ideas:
Tinkyada pasta with kraft mac 'n cheese (just the cheese part, of course)
Amy's Rice Crust Pizza
Bell and Evans GF Chicken Nuggets (Ian's is almost as good)
Lasagna made with Tinkyada lasagna noodles
Chili, using Bush's kidney beans
Broiled Fish
Ratatouille, using Al Fresco Sausage
Trader Joe's Organic Lentil Soup with Al Fresco sausage added
Pork Chops in slow cooker with Imagine's Portobello Mushroom Soup
More to come...

Intro to Me, Louis Kestenbaum
Hi all,
I'm Louis Kestenbaum, and I've been gluten free for almost 3 years now. I live in Orange County, CA and I'm a frequent flyer at Whole Foods these days. I was first diagnosed with Celiac disease at the age of 23, after years of suffering gastro distress and fatigue. After struggling to find gluten free foods that are not only enjoyable, but also nutritious, I've decided to blog about my finds. I'm hoping to save some of you gluten free newbies the from the frustrations that I endured in my quest for gluten free delicacies.
More to come soon...
